When you place an order, you will be allowed to pick up your items at your designated studio location by choosing a location, date & time. Your order confirmation will include your chosen location, date & time. It will also include a link to pick a date & time through Calendly if you accidentally skipped the scheduling process.
You must arrive within 10 minutes of your designated time or a new pick up time must be scheduled by emailing email@example.com.
If a date & time is scheduled both on The Shop and through Calendly, the Calendly date & time will be honored.
Orders typically ship within 2-3 days of receipt. During holidays or peak sale seasons, order processing times may take up to 5 days.
