Everyone's bodies and issues are different. Contained in each bottle is a 30-day supply (about 3-4 resets). Here are some good guides to help you in your routine.
Food Bloat- We all know it's hard for us to give up our favorite foods, even if they cause discomfort. If this is you, plan to reset every 2 weeks or more.
Chronic Stress- Our lives can be complicated. If stress is hitting you hard and disrupting your belly, plan to reset every 2 weeks or more.
Generally Clean Eater- If you eat clean generally, and you find yourself feeling pretty good most of the time, you can do for a digestive tract clean up just once a month. If you have a menstrual cycle, we recommend resetting the following week.
Ready for a Deep Clean- If you've been extra indulgent and your digestion & metabolism is feeling extra sluggish, go for twice a day for 5 days. Followed by once a day for 5-7 days for 1 or more weeks. *Only recommended if you've taken Making Moves before.*
Spot Treatment- Suffering from the occasional random sluggish day? Give yourself a spot treatment in between full resets with 1 to 3 day mini resets to get things going.
